[Completed] Communication training for Japanese employees
The key to retaining foreign talent is communication

In order for foreign talent to settle in, it is important that they find working at a company and living in Japan enjoyable. To achieve this, it is key for them to understand the culture and customs of their country and to be able to communicate in Japanese.
In the "Communication Training for Japanese Employees" course, Japanese employees learn what they need to know in order for foreign talent to settle in the company.
Recommended for these people
- Those who want to deepen their communication with foreigners
- Those who have recently become responsible for foreigners
- Companies that leave everything to Registered Support Organizations and other companies and cannot have a conversation with their own staff alone
① Cross-cultural understanding training
You will learn about the cultural differences between Japan and other countries, and the mindset and methods to overcome them.
example
How true is "I understand"?
Yamada asked Addo to do a job.
Please check the tools by 3 o'clock.
got it
After hearing the explanation, Ad said, "I understand."
Yamada felt relieved to hear that. He will check at 3 o'clock.
Is the inspection completed?
Not yet
"Okay."
I told you...
(2) Plain Japanese Training
We aim to help students understand Japanese as a foreign language from the perspective of foreigners. Using actual examples of miscommunication caused by language and cultural differences, we will consider solutions through group work.
example
Greetings
Greetings are the most important aspect of Japanese etiquette, but sometimes foreigners don't understand them.
good morning
Is it already night?
Japanese people say "good morning" even at night.
Good job!
Dear Sir? Who is it?
What does the Japanese say "Otsukaresama"?
Sorry but...
Why apologize?
Why do Japanese people say "sumimasen" so quickly?
This course is a training that can be learned face-to-face or online. Why not take part in the training in a half-day afternoon on a weekday?
We welcome the participation of not only members, but also executives and managers, as well as employees who work alongside foreign workers.
This communication training has now been completed.
