Morihiro Tada
President and CEO of PERSOL Global Workforce, Inc.
He has experience working in 30 countries overseas, and has been involved in the design of various systems as an expert member of expert councils at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, and the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare. He currently makes recommendations and participates in working groups for the development employment system at the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare. He also gives lectures at local governments more than 100 times a year.

After working for a nursing care company as the person in charge of hiring, training and Japanese language education for foreigners, he is now in charge of developing systems and solutions for human resource development overseas, as well as providing easy Japanese language training at our company.
