Required documents for online application

[List of attached documents] Prepare documents No. 1 to 16, scan them and convert them to PDF, or take photos and convert them to JPEG.
[Note] Do not combine multiple documents into one PDF file. Instead, make each document into a separate file and give it a name that indicates which document it is (who it belongs to).
Examples: "KOKUDO TARO Important Information Advance Explanation", "KOKUDO TARO Wage Ledger", etc.
(However, the employment contract and employment terms may be combined into one file.)
[List of attached documents] Matters concerning those who wish to become Specified Skills receiving organization
No.1: Corporation: Certificate of registered matters (Certificate of all historical matters) (issued within 3 months of the application date)
Sole proprietor: Representative's residence card (issued within 3 months of the application date)
No.2: Construction business license (valid)
No.3: Document clarifying the number of full-time employees (document confirming social insurance enrollment)
No.4: Documents to verify the business ID of Construction Career Up System
No.5: Document proving that you are a member of the company which carry out the business of hiring specified skilled workers (membership certificate)
[List of attached documents] Matters related to the proxy applicant

No.6: Power of attorney, attorney's certificate or administrative scrivener's certificate (only if applying on behalf of another person)

The Administrative Scriveners Association has published a form for a power of attorney.
You can also use an optional form of power of attorney as long as it contains the same requirements as the provided form.
Since the application for certification of the Construction Specified Skills Acceptance Plan falls under the administrative procedure, no one other than an administrative scrivener or lawyer can apply on your behalf. Therefore, unqualified staff of registered support organizations or supervisory organizations cannot be entrusted with the application for certification.

No. 7: Job advertisement posted at Hello Work (within one year from the date of application. Recruitment of construction/civil engineering workers)
No.8: Work regulations, wage regulations, and retirement benefit regulations (copies of those submitted to the Labor Standards Inspection Office. If your company does not employ 10 or more employees on a regular basis and has not prepared these, you do not need to submit them.)
No.9: Notification of agreement regarding overtime work and holiday work (36 Agreement Notification)
No.10: Agreement on flexible working hours, notification of agreement, and annual calendar (valid)
[List of attached documents] Matters concerning specified skilled workers
No.11: Document to confirm the technician ID of Construction Career Up System
No.12: Explanation that the remuneration is equal to or greater than that of Japanese workers with equivalent skills
No.13: Wage ledger of a Japanese person with equivalent skills (for the past year, including bonuses)
No.14: Documents certifying the years of work experience of a Japanese person with equivalent skills (resume, etc., format is optional)
No.15: Copy of Specified Skills employment contract and employment conditions (for all applicants)
No.16: Important matters concerning employment contracts (Notification Form No. 2) (for all)
