[Online/Free] "Foreigner Coexistence Course" for Japanese Employees
Work together and live together.
A practical lecture series that supports the creation of workplaces where different cultures coexist.
JAC will be holding a "Foreigner Coexistence Course" for Japanese employees starting in fiscal 2023.
In 2023, we will introduce the cultures and customs of six Southeast Asian countries and their differences with Japanese people. In 2024, we will hold a total of nine "Easy Japanese Courses" to teach participants how to use "words that can be understood" in many situations.
We provide support to those who are worried about how to communicate and interact with foreigners in the workplace, while providing them with knowledge and skills that they can actually use.
FY2025 "Foreigner Coexistence Course" for Japanese Employees

Communication with foreign talent,
As the number of foreigners working in Japan increases and their nationalities become more diverse, are there any cultural differences that could cause misunderstandings? In this course, we will look at examples of situations that occur in the workplace and consider hints for creating a work environment that is easy for both Japanese and foreign employees to work in.
The main theme for 2025 is "Intercultural Understanding." Starting with "Intercultural Understanding," the program will cover three themes: "Easy Japanese" and "Lifestyle/Transportation Guidance." The program will provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to coexist with foreign personnel.
We conduct a survey every time and share examples of what participants are actually working on. We look forward to your participation so that this will be a place where participants can "learn from each other."
